When filling a form you can use SnipTexts to copy and paste predefined text into a form so you don’t need to type it in multiple times.
How to create SnipTexts
A new option is available on the left side of the main dashboard called ‘SnipText.’ This is where you can manage your SnipTexts – add new ones, edit and delete existing ones.

In the SnipText management screen you’ll see a table with your current SnipTexts listed, with the following columns:
- Name: the name you’ve given your SnipText for easy reference.
- Category: the category of form that this SnipText will apply to. It is good housekeeping to only show SnipTexts relevant to the form you are in.
- Type: Personal – only you can see and access, Organisation – available to everyone.
To add a new SnipText, click on the ‘Add Text Button’ to access the SnipText creation screen.

On the right side of the table, next to each SnipText, you’ll see the 3 dots that show there is a menu available. This is where you can delete or archive that SnipText. Archived SnipTexts are hidden from view but can be reinstated at a later date.
Using SnipTexts
When you are editing a form, you’ll see the ‘SnipTexts’ button in the top right corner of the edit screen.

Click this to open the SnipTexts panel, which will show all SnipTexts available for that form (as set by the form category).

Click the ‘copy’ button next to the SnipText you’re after, this copies that text into your computer’s clipboard. Right click in the relevant text box and choose ‘Paste’ or click in the text box and press CTRL-V.
