Forms can be created as a blank form or based on templates your agency has created.
To create a blank form, navigate to the Create Form button from the main left sidebar and click Create Form.

Select a Form Category from the dropdown list, then choose the form type you require. If you know what form you are looking for, you can start typing in the “Select a form” field and it will dynamically show you forms that match the text you have typed.

Click the “Select a form” field to open the dropdown menu. Browse the available options and select the required form type to proceed.

You can choose to make the form private by toggling the ‘Make this form private’ option. Enabling private mode ensures the form is visible only to the user who created it. However, administrators will still have access to private forms for management purposes.

Click Next to proceed.

Type in the address for the form (if applicable) and click Next to continue.

If address validation is not available, you can manually enter the address by clicking the manual entry button. Enter the address details and click Continue.

Assign an agent to the form using the dropdown list and click Next.

Enter a name for your form. By default, the form name will be set to the property address if provided earlier.

You will then be presented with a web form version of the form you’re creating.
Edit the form details as needed, then click ‘Save Draft’ to save your changes.

Forms will remain in Draft mode until their status is changed to Electronic Signing or Completed via the ⋮ icon.
