Password reset

To reset your password, select ‘Forgot Password.’

You can reset your password at any time by following the on-screen prompts after selecting this option.

Please ensure that you have access to the email address associated with your account, as a reset link or verification code will be sent there.

In cases where additional authentication is required, you may be asked to verify your identity using one of the available methods.

Enter the email address associated with your LSSA Platform account.

Check your email screen confirming that password reset instructions have been sent.

Check your inbox for the password reset email and follow the instructions provided to reset your password.
