Step by Step Guide
1. Follow these steps to create your account:
Navigate to https://account.reisaforms.com.au and select ‘Sign up‘.
2. Enter your email address and click ‘Continue‘.
3. Enter a password, ensuring it meets the security requirements displayed on the screen (requirements will appear as you type). Once all criteria are met, click ‘Continue‘.
4. Select an authentication method and follow the prompts on your device.
For the highest level of security and protection of your data, it is recommended that you choose the authentication application option such as Auth0 Guardian app or Google Authenticator.

Once complete, click ‘Continue‘.
5. Provide your first name, last name, mobile number, and postcode.
6. Answer the two onboarding questions using the dropdown menus.
(Optional) Tick the checkbox to opt-in to communications from Land Services SA. Once all information is filled out, click ‘Next‘.
7. For the question Who are you creating this account for? Select ‘My organisation or team‘.
8. Enter your organisation details.
9. Answer the two remaining onboarding questions and click ‘Next‘.
10. Purchase the REISA Forms product by clicking ‘View product‘. Alternatively, click ‘Skip, I’ll do this later‘.
11. Your account will be created. Click on ‘Invite team members‘ to add your team members to the organisation.
