REISA Master Forms allows you to upload your own PDF document and add electronic signing placeholders. Livesign uses these placeholders to add signatories and signing locations to the signing workflow, giving you the flexibility to customise your electronic signing requirements.
This video covers the main workflow, or review the step by step guide below:
Step by Step Guide:
Once you are in an open form, select Upload File from the ‘Annexures & Files‘ section on the right side of the screen.

Select your document and once uploaded, click the three dots next to the new document and select Set up e-signing from the dropdown menu.

This will open up the Set-up e-Signing for Additional Signature Page.
On the right side you can see the first page of the document you uploaded (and can scroll through different pages using the arrows). On the left side is your tools menu, where you can add the dynamic elements for capturing the e-signatures of each signatory.
First, select a signatory using the drop down menu. The signatories from the REISA Master Form you have added the PDF to will be listed here, either by role (eg Landlord) or if you have filled out their details already, by name as well. In the example below, we have the option of the Agent and Landlord 1.

Select a signatory from this menu and the dynamic placholder elements (signature, initials, print name and date ) can then be added to the PDF. Click on one and move it to the required location on the PDF, resizing if necessary. This is where Livesign will populate these elements when the signatory signs the document.

Do the same for any other relevant signatories listed in the dropdown menu.
You can also add completely new signatories by clicking the Add a Signatory button:

You can choose to only add their role (eg if you are creating a template for ongoing use), or if this is a one off, you can add the contact’s full details:

Once you have added all the placeholder elements required for electronic signing, hit Save in the bottom right corner to return to the main form screen. Your document is now enabled for electronic signing.
When the time comes for electronic signing, go through the usual process:
- Access the form actions menu by clicking the three dots at the top right of the main form.
- Select Ready for Signing
- Click on Electronic Signing
- This is where you’ll notice any signatories that you’ve added in your custom document will appear.
- Confirm the details of all signatories are correct and choose the signing order.
- Proceed through electronic signing as usual.
