- Draft: The form is being prepared and is actively being edited.
- Ready: The form is ready for review before sending for signatures.
- Electronic Signing: The form has been sent for digital signatures and is awaiting completion.
- Offline Signing: The form requires manual signatures outside of the digital platform.
- Completed: All required actions, including signatures, have been successfully completed.
- Voided: The form has been cancelled and is no longer valid or actionable.
- Template: The form is a template which can be used to generate pre-filled forms.
