1/4/25

24/3/25
- FM1110A Subsequent Residential Sales Agency Agreement – Manner of sale and advertising box has been increased on the PDF and in the webform.
- Town has been added as an option to the Plan Type.
- Community Strata added as an option to the Plan Type.
- FM5001 – Business Contract – Electronic signing is now available. If electronic signing, do not prefill the signed date.
- FM6012 – Lease extension – Your organisation’s logo will be added to the form header.
- FM2100 – Residential Contract – Fields have been adjusted to allow for more text. The Auction conditions have been moved to the main form instead of the signing page. The signing page does not need to be filled in.
- FM2200 – Commercial Contract – Electronic signing is now available. If electronic signing, do not prefill the signed date.
- FM1110 – Residential Sales Agency Agreement – Town has been added as an option to the plan type.

- All forms – ABN/ACN formatting on forms will match the format configured within your organisation profile.
- If you hover the electronic signing chip on the dashboard, you will see a summary of the electronic signing status so you don’t need to click into the form. This feature will only be available for forms created today.
- Changed the icon associated with annexures requiring input to highlight the input requirement.
- Resolved issue when trying to download the Livesign PDF and Signing certificate.
- Improved visibility when an annexure has not been completed.
14/3/25
- R1 to R7 – CBS Forms R1 to R7 has been updated to the new format provided by CBS.
- Special Condition – Sale of New Residential Premises or Potential Residential Land – has been removed from the contract and is now an annexure that you can add to your form.
- Special condition – Deed of Restraint – When you select “Strike out Schedule”, it also strikes out the last signing page for associated persons.
- FM2100 Residential contract – Signing page has been adjusted to allow for longer names.

- FM8010 – Leasing Agreement – Usability updates based on user feedback.
- FM6250 – Assignment Form – Resolved alignment issues.
- Voided forms will no longer appear on the dashboard. To view voided forms you can click on the VOIDED icon on the dashboard.
- When copying a form, it will retain the existing agent assigned to the form. It no longer replaces it with the agent copying the form.
- Removed the ability to delete signing pages from the forms.
- Removed issue with uploading attachments that contain commas.
- Resolved intermittent issues with downloading the certification of completion for an electronically signed form.
21/2/25
Key Highlight – Related Forms Functionality:
- You can now seamlessly create a new form using data from an existing form.
- To use this feature, click the menu (3 dots) on any form and select “Create Related Form”.
- The system will automatically match fields from the original form and prefill them into the new form, streamlining the form creation process and reducing manual data entry.
Additional Enhancements & Fixes:
- PDF Orientation Issue Resolved – PDFs now maintain the correct orientation upon generation.
- FM1110 – Usability Enhancements – Updates based on user feedback for improved form navigation and ease of use.
- Subscription Sync Fix – Resolved discrepancies between subscription details on the platform and REISA Forms.
- Electronic Signing Improvements – Enhanced status updates when incorrect emails are entered during electronic signing.

14/2/25
- Remove geographic restrictions for REISA Forms – This update was to addresses access issues for some users from the Philippines who were unable to access the platform due to geo-blocking.
- Electronic signing flexibility – Signatories can now be removed from the signing screen if they are not required to electronically sign. These users will need to wet sign the form instead.
- Templates privacy toggle – A new toggle on the “Create Template” screen allows templates to be set as private, making them visible only to the assigned agent, the creator, or forms admins.
- Agent details in signing screen – If a form requires signing but does not contain agent details, the assigned agent’s details will now auto-populate in the signing screen.
- FM5001 – Business Contract – Resolved error when adding an annexure.
- FM6012 – Notice of Lease Extension – The rent increase page will not be signed if there is no rent increase.
- FM8001 – Commercial Property Management Agency Agreement – Added a signing page to define signatories.
- FM8010 – Commercial Property Leasing Agency Agreement – Added a signing page to define signatories.
- FM6150 – Pet Agreement – A blank annexure can now be added.
- AUC2 – Authority to Act as Auctioneer – Agent details now populate with the agency name instead of the agent’s name; vendor is now a free text field.
- AUC3 – Vendor Reserve – Vendor is now a text field; currency fields now support commas.
- Form 1 – Signing order update – Vendor and Agent will sign first, followed by the Purchaser.
- Removed the option to void completed forms.

10/2/25
- You can now search on both the legal business name and trading name in the product admin screen.
- Trading name is now visible as a column in the search results.
- Updated the mobile phone number field to allow any phone number rather than enforce mobile formatting.
- Implemented a fix to an issue where a user experiences an error when they have a SAILIS account and an LSSA account and changes the email on one of them.
- Some minor backend improvements to make the platform experience smoother.
- Some updated in preparation for enabling payment functionality.

- Users can now add up to 20 attachments to a form. Please note, there is still a 50mb limit for the total PDF size.
- AUC4 Bidder Registration – The Address of Auction Property will be pre-filled with the Address selected in the Form creation wizard. The address can be overridden.
- Form 1 – All signatories are now optional and can be removed. Formatting improvements for Vendors. Resolved an issue with Address pre-fill.

- Addressed an issue where users would log in to the Land Services Platform but be logged in to the ‘personal account’ rather than the organisation.
- Introduced some helpful text to three screens in the platform that explain how to assign permissions and how permissions work.
- Note – the three screens are: organisation details; REISA Forms manage subscription screen; onboarding journey after subscribing to REISA Forms.
- Addressing issue with agent email addresses that have an apostrophe (‘) in their email address.

24/1/25
- Users can edit their first and last name in their profile on the Land Services platform and no longer need to call REISA for help.
- Important note – it will not automatically update on existing forms the user has already created before they changed their name. To make sure the changes made to the first name, last name, or organisation details are applied, the user should copy the form.
- Increased the frequency of sync between the Land Services platform and REISA Master forms.
- All agent phone number/email fields have now been made editable within the form. This means:
- Agent’s email and phone number can be edited in ALREADY created forms.
- Agent’s email and phone number will be editable in NEWLY created forms
- It will pre-populate the agent’s phone number and email still, but they can change or delete this information as required.
- Fixed an issue preventing organisation admins from removing a user from the team.
- Users can now download a certificate of signing completion from the form details screen when a form has been electronically signed using Livesign.
- Multiple Form 1 fixes including updating character limits, updating fields to accept text, improving the signing page, and addressing feedback about being able to cross out sections.
- Improvements to FM6200 including the ability to add a blank annexure and converting some radio buttons to checkboxes.
- Removal of the Foreign Review Withholding Regime annexure.
- Improvements when copying a form that has requires an update.
- Corrected a spelling error in the Ready for Signing popup message.
