Here is the timeline of updates that have been rolled out based on user feedback.

14/8/25

Custom Signing of Forms

You will now be able to add custom signing place holders to a master form not just your own uploads. This feature will allow you to add multiple signatories against a single vendor (eg. A company).

To access this, a menu is now available in the form detail view for the Master form which gives you the option to set up e-signing.

This will allow you to add additional signing place holders onto this form.

Any system configured placeholders on the form will be displayed with a grey box and are fixed.

Template Security

Form Templates can only be edited, renamed and deleted by the form creator and Admin user.

Page numbers

Page numbers have now been removed from user uploads. Page numbers will now only apply to master forms and annexures.

In Person Signing

An issue has been resolved with the status of electronic signing displaying as “Sending” when it actually has been viewed.
An issue has been resolved with the resend button being available when it’s not applicable.

Form Updates

New Feature: Sign In Person

REISA Master Forms has introduced the ability for your clients to sign in person within the application. When electronically signing, you will now be given an option to designate a client as a person you would like to sign in person. The client will then be able to view the contract immediately and sign it if required.

Template access update

A change has been implemented to Templates which only allows a Template to be edited by the form creator or the Organisation’s Forms administrators.

Resolved a pagination issue with Sniptext

Request for information

Resolved issue with messages not getting removed from the dashboard from a request for information.
Resolved issue with cancellation email not being sent when Agent sets the form to Ready without receiving an request for information response.

New Feature: Information Request

We have introduced Information Request functionality. This will be available for:

  • FM1110 – Residential Sales Agency Agreement
  • FM6200 – Residential Property Management Agreement.

Users will be able to send their clients a webform containing relevant fields that will be available for them to provide information. On completion by the client, the form will be updated with the entered information.

New Feature: SnipText

We have introduced “SnipText” functionality which allows you to store your own block of text that can be used when creating your form. As you work through your form, you can click on the SnipText button and quickly copy and insert your pre-defined text.

When uploading a document for custom signing, all the signatories that are defined in your master form will be shown in the available signatories list, so you do not need to create it.

Custom Electronic Signing

  • A custom document can now be attached to a form that does not normally have electronic signing (eg. Cover pages). It is no longer limited to forms that have electronic signing configured.

Custom Electronic Signing

  • Introduction of functionality to add electronic signing to custom documents.
  • Upload your own PDF that requires custom electronic signing against a master form. A new menu option “Setup E-signing” will allow you to add signing place holders for your document.
  • The Help Website has been set up with a help video as well as a Step by Step guide on how to set this up. Click here to access it.

Notification Feature Updates

  • Email notifications wording has been made consistent for different statuses
  • Improvements made on notification screen usability. Users can now paste a list of email addresses; the space bar also now functions like the Enter key
  • Minor fixes for the navigation to notification screen
  • When the admin role for product is added/removed from platform, profile and notification options are displayed

  • The “Save Draft” button on all web forms has been updated from black to blue, with the text colour changed to white.
  • Form 1 – Item 1.4: When the user selects YES for ‘Are there attachments? The text box has been extended up to 140 characters.

New Feature: Notifications
Introduction of Notifications functionality for Forms Administration users.
Notification email triggers:

  • A signatory has viewed a signing document
  • A signing request has failed due to an invalid email or invalid SMS
  • A signing request has been signed by one of the signatories
  • A signing request has been completed by all signatories

Admin can define default recipients of the completed contract.

Other updates:

  • Completed Contract Copy – Introduction of the ability to define who will receive a copy of the completed contract
    • New field on the electronic signing screen to define emails that receive a copy once all signatories have signed
    • Forms Administration users can set a user’s default recipients through the notifications screen
  • SA Water – New SA Water annexure available under the general category (available to add to FM6100 – Residential Property Tenancy Agreement)

Key Highlight – Related Forms Functionality:

  • You can now seamlessly create a new form using data from an existing form.
  • To use this feature, click the menu (3 dots) on any form and select “Create Related Form”.
  • The system will automatically match fields from the original form and prefill them into the new form, streamlining the form creation process and reducing manual data entry.

Additional Enhancements & Fixes:

  • PDF Orientation Issue Resolved – PDFs now maintain the correct orientation upon generation.
  • FM1110 – Usability Enhancements – Updates based on user feedback for improved form navigation and ease of use.
  • Subscription Sync Fix – Resolved discrepancies between subscription details on the platform and REISA Forms.
  • Electronic Signing Improvements – Enhanced status updates when incorrect emails are entered during electronic signing.

Remove geographic restrictions for REISA Forms This update was to addresses access issues for some users from the Philippines who were unable to access the platform due to geo-blocking.
Electronic signing flexibilitySignatories can now be removed from the signing screen if they are not required to electronically sign. These users will need to wet sign the form instead.
Templates privacy toggleA new toggle on the “Create Template” screen allows templates to be set as private, making them visible only to the assigned agent, the creator, or forms admins.
Agent details in signing screenIf a form requires signing but does not contain agent details, the assigned agent’s details will now auto-populate in the signing screen.

  • Implemented a fix to an issue where a user experiences an error when they have a SAILIS account and an LSSA account and changes the email on one of them.
  • Some minor backend improvements to make the platform experience smoother.
  • Some updated in preparation for enabling payment functionality.

  • Addressed an issue where users would log in to the Land Services Platform but be logged in to the ‘personal account’ rather than the organisation.
  • Introduced some helpful text to three screens in the platform that explain how to assign permissions and how permissions work.
    • Note – the three screens are: organisation details; REISA Forms manage subscription screen; onboarding journey after subscribing to REISA Forms.  
  • Addressing issue with agent email addresses that have an apostrophe (‘) in their email address.
  • Other minor copy changes to improve readability.
  • Several other minor bug fixes to improve performance.

  • Users can edit their first and last name in their profile on the Land Services platform and no longer need to call REISA for help.
    • Important note – it will not automatically update on existing forms the user has already created before they changed their name. To make sure the changes made to the first name, last name, or organisation details are applied, the user should copy the form.
  • Increased the frequency of sync between the Land Services platform and REISA Master forms.
  • All agent phone number/email fields have now been made editable within the form. This means:
    • Agent’s email and phone number can be edited in ALREADY created forms.
    • Agent’s email and phone number will be editable in NEWLY created forms
    • It will pre-populate the agent’s phone number and email still, but they can change or delete this information as required.
  • Fixed an issue preventing organisation admins from removing a user from the team.
  • Users can now download a certificate of signing completion from the form details screen when a form has been electronically signed using Livesign.
  • Multiple Form 1 fixes including updating character limits, updating fields to accept text, improving the signing page, and addressing feedback about being able to cross out sections.
  • Improvements to FM6200 including the ability to add a blank annexure and converting some radio buttons to checkboxes.
  • Removal of the Foreign Review Withholding Regime annexure.
  • Improvements when copying a form that has requires an update.
  • Corrected a spelling error in the Ready for Signing popup message.
