Release Notes
The REISA Master Forms platform is continually being updated based on user feedback, feature requests and under the hood improvements. See a full list of release notes here.
Integrations
We understand that integrations with other platforms can be an important part of many workflows. The initial release of REISA Master Forms does not have any integrations except for LiveSign due to time constraints. Rest assured, we are actively working with multiple platforms to set up the integrations you need.
The development roadmap for REISA Master Forms is extensive and continually growing, with key integrations a high priority. As integrations come online, REISA Master Forms users will be informed via email.
Is there one account for each office or each user?
Your organisation will need to create an account to which multiple users can be added. Once added, each user will receive an email prompting them to create their own individual account with unique login credentials to access the platform.
If I am an admin preparing an agreement template for an agent, how do I select the specific agent’s details instead of automatically populating details when the document is created?
Each time you use the template; the platform will prompt you to select the specific agent you wish to use. For an agent to appear as an option, they must be a registered user on the same organisation account you are part of. Once selected, the agent’s information will automatically populate in the document.
For instances where client phone numbers or emails are not used in documents shared between vendors and purchasers to maintain privacy and confidentiality, how will this be managed on the REISA Master Forms platform?
Sensitive information, such as phone numbers or email addresses, can be left blank when you create the form. During the electronic signing workflow process, you can input these details within the platform so you can send the form to be signed, which will remain hidden from all signing parties.
Is Docusign integrated with the platform?
Docusign is not directly integrated into the platform. REISA has partnered exclusively with Livesign as the preferred provider, fully integrated into REISA Master Forms. You can download the form from REISA Master Forms and upload it to Docusign for signing. REISA recommends taking advantage of the free three-month trial period to try Livesign as your electronic signing solution.
Once a document has been sent for signing, can the user see if the recipient has viewed the form?
Yes, once the agreement is sent for signing, the user can track its status and see if the recipient has viewed the form within the platform. If you want to bump the signing request to the top of your client’s inbox, you can use the resend feature to send the same request again.
Can Livesign be used for external non-REISA Forms on the platform?
Currently, Livesign is only available for use with official REISA Master Forms on the platform. However, we are actively collaborating with Livesign to expand its functionality, allowing it to be used with external, non-REISA Forms. This enhancement is a top priority on our roadmap, and we’ll let you know as soon as this feature is available.
If the same person who has previously signed an agreement is signing a new one, can their details be automatically populated in the new agreement?
Yes, with the introduction of our related forms functionality shortly after launch on January 20, you will be able to automatically copy across details from a previously signed agreement to a new one, streamlining the process and reducing the need for manual data entry.
Can a finalised document be edited?
If the document has not yet been signed, you can revert it to draft mode and make edits. Once the document has been sent for electronic signing, it cannot be edited. However, you can create a copy of the document and make any necessary changes to that version.
How can we specify where the client is signing, including where to place signature boxes and initials?
REISA Master Forms is designed to automatically identify where signatures are required in the document for all official REISA Master Forms. When sent for signing, the platform will automatically place each party’s signature in the appropriate locations based on their role in the agreement. Initials are not required for electronic signing.
What are the current integrations?
Move Me In is currently integrated with the platform, and CRM integrations are actively being developed. We’re excited to share that this feature is a key focus and will be available soon to further enhance your experience on the platform. We will let you know as soon as new integrations are available.
Will all previously completed forms be merged into the new platform agency account?
As the REISA Master Forms platform is a newly developed system, built in partnership with Land Services SA, previous forms completed through the former vendor will not be automatically transferred to the new REISA Forms platform.
Will the templates we’ve already set up be transferred to the new REISA Forms platform, or will we need to create new ones?
As the REISA Master Forms platform is a newly developed system, built in partnership with Land Services SA, you will need to set up new templates. However, in the new REISA Master Forms platform, you won’t need to create a separate template for each agent. Instead, you can create a single template and select your preferred agent each time you use it. The selected agent’s information will then be automatically populated into the template.
Is there an audit trail or completion certificate provided once the document is fully signed?
In the next release of the REISA Master Forms platform, available shortly after the initial launch on 20th January, you will be able to download a completion certificate once all parties have signed the document electronically.
If one party signs the document manually and the second party signs electronically, can we upload the partially signed form to the platform for the second party to complete their signature?
No, you must choose either electronic signing or manual signing for all parties involved. However, this is a feature we may consider developing as part of our future roadmap.
