Add & edit annexures and files

Forms and annexures / addendums are automatically updated to comply with regulations and legislation.

Step by step guide to adding annexures and files

To add an annexure, select the desired form and click the “Add annexures” button in the Annexures and files tab on the right-hand side of the document. Annexures are pre-defined documents that can be attached to the form you are creating.

After adding an annexure, the icon  indicates that the Annexure has not been  filled in.

Once the Annexure is opened and filled in, the icon changes to .

 To “Edit”, “ View” and “Delete” an annexure, click the ⋮ icon next to the desired annexure  to open the actions menu.

Reorder annexures and files

You can reorder annexures by clicking the “Re-order” button in the menu on the right-hand side of the document.

Drag the annexures and files into your preferred order for your outputted PDF.

Custom attachments

Customise your PDFs by uploading and reordering files. For example, you can upload a cover page containing a welcome letter signed by the agent and set it as the first page.

Select “Upload file”.

Click “Browse files” and choose the files you want to upload. Alternatively you can drag and drop files into this window from your file explorer.

PDF, PNG or JPGs are supported with  a maximum file size of 20mb.

Once the file upload is complete, click “Close”.

To re-order your files, click the “Re-order” button in the menu on the right-hand side of the document. Drag the files into your preferred order. If using a cover page, ensure it is placed in the first position so it appears at the front of the PDF.
